Voices of the exhibitors at Motorcycle World Lake Constance 2018

28.01.2018

Oliver Willand, Director of Marketing and Public Relations for Germany and Austria, Triumph Motor Deutschland GmbH.

“The fair went very well from start to finish, even on Friday. The hall corridors were full. The quality of the discussions we had here at the booth was also very good. You can tell that the visitors are well informed and very far along in their decision-making process. Our dealers here at the stand were making brisk sales. We give a very positive assessment of the fair. We’ll be back.”

Harald Mahle, Managing Director of Mahle Zweiräder Ravensburg, BMW Authorized Dealer:

“Motorcycle World Lake Constance was a complete success. Our stand was well attended. We had interesting conversations and made numerous contacts, many of which will eventually result in a transaction. That speaks for the good quality of the trade fair visitors. Many come to the fair with serious interest and the intent to purchase. The event is also very well organized.”

Isabell Brändle, Managing Director of Honda Rothmund:

“We were again very satisfied and had many visitors to the stand, and the interest in our new models was great. As in previous years, we expect good follow-up business, which can continue to play out for up to half a year. Since 2011, we have regularly been exhibitors at Motorcycle World Lake Constance, and that will remain so in the future.”

Elke Schäfer, marketing and sales for Road Concept / MotorradStrassen.eu:

“Our informational materials and our tour maps were almost completely gone on Saturday – demand has never been as crazy as it was this year. We like to come back to Motorcycle World Lake Constance every year because it is stress- and worry-free for us as exhibitors; you already know your contacts and everything works perfectly. We also enjoy the pleasant and hospitable crowd here in southern Germany. In short, everything about it is a lot of fun. We love to come here and for this reason were happy to participate in the Social Wall raffle.”

Elmar Zimmermann, marketing specialist at Sena Europe GmbH:

“This is our first time at Motorcycle World Lake Constance, and we are very happy with the event. There were many visitors to our stand who showed great interest. We as manufacturers do not do any sales, but our dealer Motorradland here at the stand was selling a lot. People were asking quite frequently about our smart helmets and how the system works. The event was very well organized. Everything worked out great. Motorcycle World Lake Constance 2018 was awesome. I think we’ll be coming back next year.”

Frank Seiler, Managing Director of alpha Technik GmbH & Co. KG:

“For us, the motorcycle fair here on Lake Constance with the catchment area of Austria and Switzerland is very interesting. The audience that visited us at the booth showed a lot of interest and was well informed. The visitors on site know exactly what they want. Our trade fair presence here in the south is mostly about providing information, and we are able to present our range of services, which ultimately is also of benefit to the specialist dealers in the region. Motorcycle World Lake Constance is now a must for our company.”

Peter Herschmann, co-organizer of the Customizing Area:

“The Customizing Area in Hall B5 was very popular: the atmosphere was great and the program on stage was well received. Visitors came not just to look but to talk with other enthusiasts, taking many ideas home with them. The customizing scene is a very mixed crowd. Previously it was mostly hobby mechanics, but today there is more and more of an elitist scene that pays to have bikes converted. This trend towards individuality will continue over the next few years, because the motorcycle says a lot about the owner.”

Marco Köhlmeier, member of Cafe Racer Classic Bikes:

“The response in the newly designed Customizing Hall was very good. I was fascinated by the atmosphere in the hall and the interaction with the visitors. In the last two to three years, the interest in customizing has again risen sharply; motorcycle riders desire customization and this gave us the opportunity to show that motorcycle conversions are feasible even with limited financial resources. We are very happy that we were able to present ourselves at Motorcycle World Lake Constance and share our hobby with so many people.”

Roy Jacobs, marketing at GP Products Akrapovic:

“Motorcycle World Lake Constance was a really good show. Friday went well enough, but Saturday was really busy. We are primarily here to show presence, and we made many good contacts. The visitors were very interested and there was a lot going on here at the stand.”

Flo Hubert, CEO of Mellow-Motorcycles:

“Compared to many other events, Motorcycle World Lake Constance is a very pleasant and stress-free trade fair. The exhibition went very well for us; we had numerous interested customers at the stand and were able to take home some good orders. Motorcycle World Lake Constance is becoming an integral part of our trade fair program.”
