Orders for technical and stand build-up services for MOTORRADWELT BODENSEE could be comfortably booked online. Please use for that purpose the Online Service Center (OSC) of Messe Friedrichshafen. You will receive your access data with your admission documents.

Each exhibitor receives free exhibitor passes, number as listed on the invoice.

Co-exhibitors receive 2 exhibitor passes free of charge.

You can also order additional exhibitor passes for € 21.84 (plus 19% VAT) per pass in the Online Service Center.

Your exhibitor passes will be provided in the online service center (OSC) as soon as you have paid the stand rental invoice in full. If the invoice has not been paid in full before the start of the trade fair, you will receive your exhibitor passes after the invoice has been settled in full at the project management office.

In principle, parking facilities are available to exhibitors for a fee directly next to the exhibition halls. Parking spaces can be ordered online via the Online Service Center (OSC).

If the demand for exhibitor parking spaces on the exhibition grounds is very high, a maximum of two parking spaces per exhibitor can be purchased.
A maximum of 2 parking spaces can be purchased per exhibitor. If the parking spaces in the grounds are not sufficient due to excessive demand, you can order parking permits for the nearby visitor parking lots EAST or WEST or also purchase them on site from the project management.

If the parking quota on the premises is not fully utilized, remaining parking spaces can be purchased at the project management office.

The data of all exhibiting companies will be published in the online media on our homepage.

The online media is an important marketing tool that make an enormous contribution to achieving your trade show goals. The diverse functions of the online media are used intensively to prepare for the trade show visit.

Correct and complete data of all exhibitors is therefore particularly important. So don't forget to book your media entries online by January 15, 2023 at the latest. Please also use the Online Service Center (OSC) of Messe Friedrichshafen GmbH for this purpose.

The official stand build-up of MOTORRADWELT BODENSEE 2023 will start on Tuesday, January 24, 2023. 
Earlier stand build-up is only possible in consultation with the project management and can be applied via the Online Service Center (OSC) for a fee.

Please remember that an employee of your company must accept the delivery personally at the stand. Messe Friedrichshafen has no storage facilities and cannot accept the delivery. If you are not present when the delivery arrives, please arrange in advance with our forwarding agent, Schenker, to store the packages. You will be charged a fee for the storage.

During the course of the trade show, the publication of advertising messages is generally only permitted on your own stand space. To enable you to address your target groups directly or draw attention to your trade show appearance in a targeted manner, we offer a wide range of advertising spaces for rent. Set-up times:

Tuesday, January 24, 2023: 08:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 
(no night surveillance)
Wednesday, January 25, 2023: 07:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m.
Thursday, January 26, 2023: 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Friday, January 27, 2023:  07:00 a.m. to 09:30 a.m.

Early set-up on Monday, January 23, 2023 is possible for a fee of € 100.00 net/booth with prior arrangement!

Entry to the exhibition grounds and the halls:
Exhibitors please enter the grounds via gate B. You do not need a parking or entry ticket during the set-up period.
A deposit of € 50.00 (car) or € 100.00 (truck) will be charged, which will be refunded if you leave on time.  

Due to the energy crisis and the therefore more difficult heating of the halls, only one entry possibility per hall will be available. We ask all exhibitors and set-up personnel to keep the gates and doors closed as much as possible so that we can keep the heat.  Thank you.

Special arrangements for Friday, January 27, 2023:
- It will no longer be possible to enter the hall by car or truck due the halls will be heated! 
- A parking ticket is required for entry from 07:00.

Dismantling times:

Sunday, 29 January 2023: from 17:00 hrs.
Monday, January 30, 2023:  07:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m
Tuesday, January 31, 2023:  07:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Regulations during dismantling:
Entry to the grounds and halls on Sunday, January 29, 2023 will only be possible via Gate B after 17:00. 
Dismantling work in the halls is possible directly after the end of the trade fair from 17:00.

Exhibitors in the A halls please enter via gate A, exhibitors in the B halls please enter via gate B. The signposting on site will help you to find your way.

During set-up, a deposit of € 50.00 (per car/trailer) or € 100.00 (per truck/sprinter) will be required upon entry to the grounds. This will be refunded if you leave the premises on time.

Friday, 27 January 2023: from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, 28 January 2023: from 09:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, 29 January 2023:  from 09:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Exhibitors and their employees may enter the exhibition grounds from 08:00 on presentation of their exhibitor pass. Please always carry your exhibitor pass with you. You must have left the halls and grounds no later than 2 hours after the trade fair closes. If you wish to stay on your stand outside these official trade fair opening hours (e.g. because of stand parties, night work, photographic work, special events, etc.), you will require appropriate written permission from the project management.

The exhibitor is responsible for the proper and environmentally compatible disposal of waste generated during the construction, running time and dismantling of his stand.

You can place up to a maximum of 80 l (equivalent to a standard waste bag) of sorted waste (paper, plastics, residual waste) clearly visible to the cleaning company commissioned by Messe Friedrichshafen daily in the evening at the hall aisle next to your stand (included in the participation fee). For quantities in excess of this during set-up, the duration of the trade fair and dismantling, the disposal of sorted waste must be requested using our online service center (OSC) If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Petra Koch, Technical Department, by telephone (+49 (0)7541 708-700).

Unregistered waste left on the premises of Messe FN after the specified set-up/dismantling time or during the event without registration will result in an increased disposal fee as well as an administrative fee of EUR 60.00 net. Adhesive tapes or adhesive tape residues or floor coverings that cannot be removed without leaving residues and that remain on the hall floor after the specified dismantling time will be removed at the exhibitor's expense and invoiced to the party responsible. The maximum rate will be charged for recyclable material containers or waste sacks that are not filled according to type! The introduction and disposal of hazardous waste of any kind on the premises of Messe Friedrichshafen is prohibited.
